Job Description:
Seeking self-motivated, dedicated, software application specialist to provide technical service support of the company's software application. Duties include writing product documentation and training material, on-site and remote installing, configuring and testing of Companies software for new deployments and troubleshooting and supporting of deployed systems. You will participate in all aspects of customer support from inbound phone calls to field service (travel required). This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, results-oriented achiever to be involved with a rapidly-growing technology company in a major market sector. This position is located in Phoenix Arizona around I-17 and Deer Valley Rd.
Key Responsibilities:

Become an expert with company's software; able to provide world-class support.

Write product user and administrative manuals.

Write and deliver training course.
-
Provide technical phone support.
-
Install (software) and configure systems at customer sites.

Provide on-site technical support.
-
Execute production quality software validation tests.
-
Document installation procedures and tasks.
-
Provide support of new products testing.

Major Skills:
-
Microsoft Windows Server configuration (minimum 5 years).
-
How to configure network switches and troubleshoot networking issues (5 years)

Experience supporting complex Windows software applications, ideally previous experience with digital CCTV software systems.

Technical writing of product user manuals and training material (3 years).

Customer training (3 years).

Proficient at using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:

A passion for learning sophisticated computer vision and deep learning video technology.

Must love being super meticulous and detail oriented.

Prior experience supporting sophisticated software applications.

Must have a passion for providing world-class customer support.

Experience administering, configuring and performing hands-on troubleshooting of Windows / Intel based computer systems is required.

Must be an excellent team player; able to communicate concepts and ideas both orally and in written form.

Must be a self-starter; an action taker.

Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Must be willing to travel within the U.S. and internationally.

Prior technical writing of user manuals and training material for software products.

A technical degree in Information Systems or Electronics is preferred.

Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check and drug test.
